Adessa’s involvement started in 2006 as a simple consulting mission for one person to bring more SAP HCM expertise to Nestlé’s internal team. Quickly Nestlé asked us for more and today we are managing the complete SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solution for the headquarters, the Swiss market and the global expat management with our HR ProCare offering.
Adessa has committed to a fixed price approach for support and change requests, focusing on long-term sustainable solutions, rather than short-term ticket crunching. This has led to a significant decrease in workload to keep the systems running, allowing for more resources to be shifted towards improving the solutions.
Nestlé was our first customer in Switzerland and has been loyal to Adessa ever since.
