Our four SAP-to-SuccessFactors data integration scenarios (below) are made to suit customers with varying degrees of cloud integration, from those with 20-30% “hybrid” approaches to companies that are “all in” with cloud solutions. No matter which solution applies, our goal is to simplify the process of switching from on-premise HCM to cloud HR solutions.

  • Talent Hybrid: If you have your talent solutions in SAP SuccessFactors and the rest of your data resides in SAP HCM or S/4 HANA
  • Core Hybrid: If you have the core HR and talent in SAP SuccessFactors, while Time & Attendance and Payroll are in SAP HCM or S/4 HANA
  • Full Cloud: Everything is in SAP SuccessFactors (or Payroll / Time & Attendance are in other solutions) and you have minimal integration with SAP for non-HR solutions such as FI/CO or CRM
  • Enablement for Change: This is a unique transition scenario. In this instance, you remain with on-premise HCM for the time being and use Employee Central as a change agent facilitator. This means that both SAP HCM on-premise and SAP SuccessFactors are integrated and you can modify certain things in SuccessFactors and others in SAP. This model is the most complex but has the best of the two systems, allowing you to move to the Cloud at your own pace.
