Junior Inside Sales Executive

Belgium – Brussels Area

In order to support our growth in Belux, Adessa Group is looking for a hungry wolf or wolverine with working experience in a commercial role. Your main focus will be on the Inside Sales – Lead generation part. Drive, fast Learning character, willingness to move outside your comfort zone are key in this role to succeed in finding and identifying new prospects.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse our sector industry and its key players
  • Detect the right contact persons (buyer persons) and uncover their ambitions/pains
  • End-to-end control the Adessa Sales & Buying process of your customers
  • Adopt the CRM as your partner in crime
  • Plan and properly execute your Sales and Account plans
  • Take ownership over a continuous inflow of qualified leads
  • Drive collaboration with our Global Sales Team and Expert consultants
  • Team up with the Marketing team to organise Adessa events

Your Profile

  • Ambitious profile with (minimum) a bachelor degree in IT, Marketing or Sales
  • Hold at least one or two previous Sales positions, taking 3 years each (no job hopper)
  • Confidence to talk to people on different levels in business environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, curious, dynamic and true business development attitude
  • Results-driven
  • Behave as an entrepreneur and lead by example
  • Self-confident enough to MAKE a challenger FURTHER GROW
  • True team player & never give-up attitude
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
